9.0La casa è molto carina e la posizione è veramente il massimo, a due passi dal mare. Se si considera che c'è anche un giardino e un posto auto, chiaramente il posto è super valido.
− Ci sono forse (almeno nel periodo in cui siamo stati) un po' troppe zanzare e occorre attrezzarsi. Inoltre le chiavi si ritirano in un ufficio in cento in un luogo non semplicissimo da raggiungere in auto.
