9.0Welcoming host, excellent facilities, generous welcome basket, close to town but quiet location, excellent for walking didn’t need to move the car. Really secure including car park.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful cottage and a wonderful community in Wirksworth.
10.0Location was perfect for visiting the area and walking to local areas. Parking was a real bonus and easy to access. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect break from work and busy life.Cottage was very well equipped and very clean. There is a visitor book and lots of local information/leaflets to help you decide what to see and do. A couple of great local pubs and restaurants and some small convenience shops selling fresh fruit and veg. Plenty of local walks and the Stardisc is only about 20 mins walk.
− I appreciate that in a large space soft furnishings are not the most practical /easy to maintain but maybe a heavy door curtain on entrance would feel warmer/cosier in the winter months. May also help to maintain heat as the downstairs space is a large area to keep warm. May be more economical. Same in bathroom as felt cold without heating on. Obviously this would be less applicable in the summer.
