9.0Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit Parkplatz in einer sehr schön renovierten Villa. Zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten ins Zentrum. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Wir waren begeistert.

3.0Pleasant rooms.
− 1. Entry to property was under construction. Walked luggage through wet, muddy area to get to front door. 2. Rooms are on the third floor, 72 steps up. Not disclosed in Booking.com listing. 3. Parking listed was non-existent due to construction. 4. Listing said agent would meet us at the property to provide the keys. Agent required us to drive to a location in the center of L'Aquila to pick up lockbox code. 5. Lockbox code could have been emailed or texted to us to avoid a trip through the maze of streets in the center. 6. We spent an hour weaving through narrow streets and alleys after picking up the lockbox code. 7. Worst rental experience in 45 years of travel.
