10.0Boa Suite, colaboradores simpáticos e disponíveis, têm opção de jantar ou almoçar sem ter de aderir ao bufete e/ou pensão completa. Comida muito boa. Ótimo Pequeno almoço. Sempre tudo a cheirar bem.e higienizado.
− Pequena confusão nas marcações para frequentar o spa mas facilmente e muito bem resolvido pelos funcionários. Susto pelo fato do alarme ter disparado por duas vezes na madrugada, na mesma noite.

8.0El hotel con su decoración relajante y cálida, el entorno natural y su cuidado, el desayuno y su variedad. El confort de la cama, lencería y almohadas. Temperatura e iluminación. El parking. El personal muy amable, dispuesto y profesional. La información de sus servicios de spa, sauna, transporte gratuito a la playa de Carvoeiro. Quiero agradecer al personal su amabilidad y disposición.
− En mi terraza había una máquina de aire acondicionado, su ruido y el aire que vierte que no puedes sentarte. La escasez de amenities (Únicamente gel y champú). Mejoraría la carta de cenas con platos mas acordes a la hora, es muy corta y sin snacks.
