Enjoyable and a good rest.

The property was well decorated and comfortable. The underfloor heating was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable although I personally don't think the bed in the master bedroom has to be quite so big and the pillows although ok could have been better quality.

There was only 3 mugs, luckily there were only 3 of us as much of an issue as it could have been. The lighting in the kitchen is abysmal and there are no serving dishes, trays or bread knife. The door knob to the bathroom kept coming off and the bathroom door sticks which doesn't help. The shower seems to create a flood every time its used as the shower door is not sealed against the bath. A few games and books would have been a bonus. The rose bushes by the front door need cutting back as they kept snagging us when getting the keys from the lock box.

A great stay for our family in an attractive and well sized cottage.

Quirky and interesting. A thoughtful refurbishment. Comfortable well chosen furniture and attractively presented. Very clean and tidy. Good sized rooms throughout. On the whole well maintained. Great TV service. The blankets made it feel cosy in the evenings without needing to use the heaters. We prepared a few family meals and the kitchen worked well for our needs. The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well. The biscuits were tasty, thank you! Personally for our family the property was a great location for the purpose of our visit, but generally was a good location to visit local towns and coastline. We will definitely stay for our next family visit, or in another phd property in the same place.

A few people have commented on the shorter than usual double bed, but it is so wide and huge that it wasn’t a bother, and we are a tall family. However be warned that taller people have to contend with the beams either side of the bed. There was “just enough” provided to cater for our family, but you have to be careful what you use in case you run out (for example, only 3 mugs) and the lack of coasters, mats, kitchen towels, (also hand towels), etc… made it tricky to keep crockery off surfaces. (We used shopping bags!). My husband didn’t like the dairy farm smell from nearby. I didn’t mind it, but then we didn’t sit outside. There is a rear door in the kitchen and it would have been nice to have had a private outdoor space with a bbq rather than the very unprivate AstroTurf area by the parking space (and main road). We couldn’t locate a food waste bin so next time we will ask. All the empty cupboards felt unhomely. Some basic games, books, magazines might have added warmth and interest.

Lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Spacious enough for 4. Good location near to lots of beaches and sightseeing.

The double-bed is large and comfy, but is very short. Diagonal sleeping required 😉

Exceptional

Great location. Cottage is done up very nicely. Photos don't do the place justice. 8 minute drive from Folly Farm and close enough to Tenby. Perfect weekend getaway.

Main bed was a little short for me but I am 6ft3. It was still comfy though.
