Great place, great location, great hosts.

− No visible Wifi PW. had to rummage to find the Wifi Router. Wish there was a shower in the main bedroom, or atleast a shower attachment for the bath.

This flat is huge, spacious, airy and comfy. You have all of the mod cons you need and a tin of biscuits, bottle of wine and doritos. The sea view and location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Hastings old town and close to lots of local restaurants.

− Unfortunatly the parking was an issue for us. It was hard to find a parking spot for our van and with all of the different restriction times, permit required, no permit required, Mon - Sat, at all times, 8am - 6pm, 8am - 8pm, 9am - 6pm. I nearly got a parking ticket but the man was very reasonable and cancelled it just before he issued it.

The property is modern and stylish and well designed with Sea view from the front window , the bedrooms are large with en suits and very quiet ,

− We had scaffolding around the property but that’s just the way it worked , maintenance is required from time to time and our booking was out of peak season so maintenance should be expected then ,

Excellent base for our couple of nights in Hastings. Exquisitely renovated large flat.

Location of the flat was great, right on the seafront. It’s a flay which looks to have been recently been modernised to a very high scale. 3 large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms in the basement, large living room, large kitchen and a 2nd living room (TV room) at ground level there is also an outside patio which we didn’t use as the weather wasn’t good enough. Easy to pick up the keys from the lock box by the front door.

− Parking was difficult…restrictions of 4 hours max time during the day for parking slots on the main road means you can’t park there all day. There is free parking at the rear of the property (requires a trip around the block) but that was generally full. There is a small car park near the free parking which we used - about £11 for 24 hour working. It’s a bit of a walk back to the flat from there.

we stayed as a group of friends in August and we loved everything about the flat and the location. the flat feels brand new, its very big with loads of living space and a bathroom on each bedroom. its opposite the beach and in the middle of Hastings and St Leonards, both who have great bars, restaurants and shops.
