A very pleasurable stay in a lovely house

A very stressful break!
3.0Central location
− There was a problem with the boiler pressure which meant the house was not warm and we had no hot water for our entire stay. This was flagged to the hosts who asked us to do the adjustment to the boiler. We hoped this would solve the problem but it didn’t and the hosts did not then answer our messages. Also the alarm started beeping in the early hours which took time to rectify. When we asked for a partial refund the hosts have been unresponsive and we have had to pursue a legal route via lawyers and the small claims court. In view of our experience I could not recommend this property. PLEASE BE WARY.
