10.0La situation géographique, la magnifique vue sur Playa de Las Americas, l'océan et le Teide, la proximité de la plage, des commerces, bars et restaurants. La literie très confortable.
− Juste un peu de bruit tôt le matin mais pas trop dérangeant. Un petit aspirateur balais et un essuie de vaisselle seraient un plus (seulement un essuie-mains pour la vaisselle). Il n’y a pas d’airco mais un ventilateur est disponible et fait très bien l'affaire.

9.0La ubicacion, al lado de la playa y tiendas y restaurantes. En general el apartamento esta nuevo, reformado. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares. No le falta de nada, y se agradece que dejaran una botella de agua en la nevera y cosas como sal, aceite...
− Por poner algo negativo, que nos dejaron solo dos rollos de papel higienico para una semana y tuvimos que comprar.

10.0Квартира прекрасная, полностью соответствует фотографиям. Нас встретили и заселили раньше времени. Квартира очень светлая, просторная, чистая с красивым интерьером. Кровати и диван удобные, постельное белье белейшее, полотенца новые и пушистые. Великолепный душ, есть туалетные принадлежности, фен, стиральная машина и средства для стирки. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, а также соль и масло. Потрясающий вид с балкона на закат, солнце приходит во второй половине дня. Есть 2 телевизора и хороший wi fi. Единственно, надо бы наклеить на стекла в балконной двери предупреждающие круги, а то они слишком прозрачные) Отдельное спасибо за зонтик от солнца и за возможность выехать попозже. У нас была прекрасная неделя отпуска. Большое вам спасибо, Эстефания!
