Great location but needs a lot of TLC

The location was excellent, right across from the beach, easy walk to the beach. Cost for the week was very good for St Simons since prices for places to stay has increased

− Cute older cottage but needs a lot of TLC!! AC doesn't work upstairs well even after being worked on per our request.Living room area is small (kitchen area is ok) Stairs steep & slippery. Not a good choice for seniors.
