6.0Good size , clean. Quiet place , good location ,
− No proper water filter . Only basic single filter . Not much of cooking utensil or cutlery. Have plate and microwave and induction cooker . Living room got a ceiling fan with bad squeaky so sounds. Aircond is old for certain room.. No place to hang cloths . And no washing machine . Owner separately will ask rm200 deposit before release the key which caught by surprise on such arrangement .

− One of the water heater wasn't functioning so took us very long time to get ready since everyone has to use one bathroom.hope owner will get it repaired.
