− In eigener Sache: die Gäste sollten tunlichst darauf achten beim Müll entsorgen nicht die falsche Mülltone zu öffnen!!! Ist zwar alles sehr gut vom Vermieter beschrieben (denke, gab hier schon des öfteren schlechte Erfahrungen) aber sollte man versehentlich die falsche Mülltonne öffnen, muss man damit rechnen vom Personal der gegenüberliegenden Pizzeria aggressiv angegangen zu werden!!! Plus zweifacher, akribischer Mülltonnen Kontrolle und giftiger Blicke!
