1.0It wad a terrible experience,noisy people in the rooms and corridors, poor sound proofing and you could hear people in rooms down the corridor even from my room. I finally had to get up after 1 pm at nightand complain to the front desk. At first they said it was not their responsibility, as it was spartments, but then he did come up and talk to them. Staff are not polite like in Hoi An .
