10.0La posizione: in 5 minuti a piedi sei alla spiaggia principale di Santa Maria (pontile) e a tutti i locali della via pedonale. Due minuti sei al mercato municipale, sotto casa un mini market e camminando 5 minuti in più il supermercato più grande. una via tranquilla e non rumorosa. Vicinissima agli imperdibili ed economici ristorantini locali e dico veramente locali!! Bellissimo e comodo terrazzo accessibile da tutte le stanze. Pulito e attrezzato di tutto l'occorrente anche per cucinare. Marco il proprietario gentilissimo, un sabato sera preparando la cena è finito il gas e in 5 minuti ce lo ha cambiato. Ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei!!
