Very delighted with the homey feel of the house. Slept well in the nice bed. Kitchen was cute.
9.0Right in the heart of downtown Arcata. Very nicely furnished. Two private bedrooms. One bathroom. The back yard was in great shape. Jacuzzi was excellent! Old hardwood floors were lovely! Kitchen had everything. I attended the local air show - "Rumble Over the Redwoods" - during my stay (see photo of a B-17).
− You do share the back yard and jacuzzi with other visitors, so you have to find the right time to go there. The summer heat was in full swing, so the house got a little warm in the late afternoon and early evening. I opened a couple of windows to get a cross breeze going. It cooled off fairly quickly.

10.0We will definitely stay here again! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed—dishes, pots, pans, wine and can openers, knives, utensils, and even starter coffee with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, and filters. The hot tub, sauna, bikes, and washer/dryer were great bonuses. Instructions from the property were thorough, clear, and they were available to answer my questions prior to my arrival. Overall, I’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place to family and friends!
− The location and facility were great, the issue was with the other renter. The instructions clearly stated that two cars could park in the driveway, unfortunately, the other renter parked in a way that took up both spaces, making it impossible to park. Fortunately, street parking was available, and we were able to park right in front of the house for all three nights.

Cozy and beautiful cottage with all the amenities!
10.0The location was fantastic- within walking distance to the plaza, shopping, and countless restaurants. The bikes were so fun to have access to, and we took advantage of the sauna and spa daily. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the property and the beautiful backyard was perfect for our dog!
