Clean, lots of beds but no room or space to relax.

− There was only one space away from bedrooms (sleeps 11) which was a kitchen with table with bench seating (that wouldn’t sit 11 people) and a single armchair. The description said seating area and sofa, there was neither - a single armchair in the shared kitchen space, nowhere to relax. The location, while a short drive to Canterbury, was not very appealing. Pictures were very flattering and not representative of the shared space.

9.0Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of household appliances and all the necessities for our weekend stay. Towels and bedding were plentiful and soft. Rooms were spacious and light. Plenty of car park spaces and a pleasant 20 minute walk to main town. Host was quick and polite to reply to messages too. Would recommend.
− Would have liked a large sofa as wooden benches and chairs weren't as comfy for us mid aged women!🤣
