Comfortable spacious house conveniently located in San Jose
9.0The whole house was very clean. Tons of room for the four of us, especially with two master suites. Very convenient location too. Perfect for our Christmas stay!
Overall, it was pretty good and I would probably stay here again.
8.0The property is in a very good location and has plenty of room for quite a few people to stay. There are also three bathrooms, which is very convenient. There is a good dining area where people can sit and talk, but maybe a little more places to sit in the living room would be helpful.
− The kitchen is a little bit dirty around the edges, and there were some missing functional items like good skillets and spatulas. The large bedroom that’s a converted garage does have stairs without handrails which could be harder for anyone who has mobility issues. There were some stains on the couch, but we just threw a sheet over it. Also, the windows seem very poorly insulated and there’s a lot of street noise because it is on a busy street on one side.

Disappointing not a well maintained property.
4.0The bedrooms are spacious
− The property is not well maintained. Any problems. Could not use kitchen. Master bathroom is a converted garage. Shower in master is extremely small. Extension cords running across floor to plug tv in. Sofa stained. Whole in some walls. Very cheaply done. We were very disappointed with our stay. How ever Allison our host did respond quickly and tried to send cleaning crew back in to clean ants but they came back. First night we had no hope water because they did not have water heater turned on. It was one thing after another. She gave back a $100 for my troubles but feel that was a ridiculous amount after all the issues we faced. Also did not disclose there is a house in back yard with someone else living in it . So was strange to use or open windows in back.
