8.0Очень приветливый управляющий. Если бы не он, то оценка была бы заметно ниже. Каждый день желал хорошего дня, дал угощения по приезду и выезду. Помогал с любыми вопросами. В отеле есть кухня с холодильником, столом, электрическим чайником и всем необходимым.
− Комната была темной, не как на фото. Вид в плотную на соседний дом. Подуставший ремонт и постельное белье.

9.0The room was very comfortable, nice large bed, firm mattress, good airco. Very clean, The host, Indika cleans the room every 3 days or so, fresh bed linnen, towels. Indika is very friendly, speaks English and is very willig to help you sort out whatever needs sorting out. The location is super convenient for walking to the beach, the traditional market for Fruit and Veg and just one street back from the main road which makes it nice and quiet.

9.0Chambre , basique, climatisée et propre. Je suis resté une semaine pour 20 €/ nuit. C’était franchement un bon plan.
− Je vais être complet : un seul défaut, il y a des remontées d’odeur d’égout nauséabondes dans la salle de bain. Il faut donc aérer en permanence. À part ça, séjour au top, ça mérite tout de même cinq étoiles pour le rapport qualité prix.

9.0A nice clean room with really big comfortable bed, the same as in the pictures. The owner is a very helpful, responsible guy. Helped me with early arrival. There was everything i need for my first days in Sri Lanka, enjoyed it. The house is in a pretty quiet area with few small restaurants around
− The room had a steady citronella scent (at the other hand, there were no mosquitoes). For me it was ok, but could be a point for someone sensitive

10.0Breakfasts are only planned for the future, but there are cafes near the houses where you can have a tasty lunch, Food City is not far away and even closer is the ocean and a fruit shop
