We feel the home vibes.
8.0The property was booked at last minute as we have to cancelled the property which was booked 1 month ago nearby 15 miles and it upset us. We are happy what we are looking for.
− Staircase is straight up and the carpet in the are staircase are slippery and it’s not Suitable for children or elderly. May be staircase rail in both side we help to prevent for any accidents that happened in future. If possible shower and toilet in upstairs will be convenience for peoples to stay.

− went for my son's 16th birthday with his 16 year old friend his 13 year old sister and her 12 year old friend, spent the day in buttermere as it stated on booking.com it was 9 miles away but the truth is it was 18 miles away maybe if you have a helicopter it may be 9 miles away! We got there at 10 pm tired and just wanted to get to bed, put the code what we was given of the letting agent but it didn't work, messaged, phoned the emergency number numerous times waited till 10.45 for a reply to no avail so had to break it to the kids we had to go homewhich is a 3 hour drive massive disappointment as we were going to go back to the lakes the next day on our way home, got back home at 2pm, got a message of the letting agency with a apology and saying the cleaners had changed the code that morning and we were given the old code number for the key box. ruined my son's 16th birthday. I am not one fir complaining but the more I told people and the number of them who asked if I was offered compensation and so I have left it a week to see if they would but no not a thing, big disappointment

9.0The location is fabulous for easy access to the Western lakes, with fabulous hikes right from the doorstep. Close to St Bees for the beach and Whitehaven harbour. Shops for groceries and petrol are close by. The house has four very spacious double beds/rooms and a well equipped kitchen and separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower. My grandchildren loved all the indoor space. There isn't any outdoor space, but after days out, it wasn't needed. Parking is easy on the road outside. The management team was easy to contact if you had a problem. My mattress had a problem with some springs and was promptly changed the next day. We would definitely visit again.
− Another sofa in the living room would be welcome and make the comfort level a 10.
