I left the property in 20 min upon my arrival and discussed on the phone with the property owner , my Safty is Important

Nothing even there was experience of Safty issue I didn’t stay at the property

− 1st not same address where it shows in booking.com 2nd we have to enter through the garage at the back door to the basement, the garage was smelling horrific you can see the pictures attached 3rd the worst scenario even they sent us different location when we arrived at the place, when we went down at the basement to go to the rooms there was a man living and sleeping on walking corridor, so we have to pass through his mattress on the floor to go to the rooms N.B when we contacted to the property first he didn’t pick when I texted him he said he the caretaker but he is not, he literally living with his staff on the corridor as you can see the pictures 4th upon our arrival he didn’t finished the cleaning well on time it supposed to be at 3pm I arrived at 3:30pm and the place is smelling 5th the property owner he doesn’t have fair communication to understand each other 6th I communicated to booking.com when my Safty is compromised because my family are with me 5years old girl and 7years old boy and my little brother and my wife so he contacted them before me and gave them false information that I do big party, first at what time check in suppose to be at 3pm and I arrived at 3:30pm and I contacted to booking.com at 3:50 pm and I sent email with pictures when they asked me to send proof in pictures, the agent apologized to me and said they will composite refund to me, I came to kitchner from montreal is to attend family engagement at crown plaza hotel with my family, this is the worst experience and paint black to someone don’t know him to escape from very bad service , I’m licensed Pastor in Quebec Canada, you can’t give that kind of false image about someone don’t even see us or meet us, So I called this afternoon again to booking.
