Great apartment in a great location just a couple of tweaks would make it a better stay.
8.0Great location, quiet and fantastic views. The fact that the patio doors open is great. Nice that the place has a BBQ up top. The bedrooms are great with lots of storage. Same goes for the bathrooms. Nice that the place has a dishwasher and washing machine for longer stays. Pool areas, gym and spa are excellent. Theres also a table tennis area that is covered which is nice. Whoever is running the apartment is responsive which is good.
− The keys are held in torrevieja which is very much not convenient if you're travelling from the airport. The keys should be located somewhere near to the place which you're staying not 30 minutes car journey away. The BBQ was dirty from whoever had used it last. Lack if utensils and cooking equipment. Would be nice to have more so you can cook proper meals (broken jugs etc). The mattresses on the beds were like sleeping on marble. If you like a firm mattress you're in luck here. Only one pillow provided for per person and they were really flimsy. Had to request more but to their credit they did provide them and quickly without argument. Only one set of keys.
