10.0Just a few Walk to the beach. Super clean room. They had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back !
− There is nothing that I didn’t like
I will book again, love knowing their policy’s in place.
8.0It was private and strict about who staying there. Love the bracelet on who can use the amenities.
− Parking, they had rules and u saw residents didn’t respect that. They tell u where to park on the 2nd vehicle.

9.0The unit was close enough to the beach to have beach access. Very clean and easy to get to. I liked that it had a pool and set off the main road some. I appreciated the quite time starting at 10:00.
− I did not like the fact that parking was first come first available. With the price of the unit for two nights I felt like I should have been able to park in one of the parking spots Infront of my unit and not have to worry about someone getting it or having to park on the other side and walk to the unit.
Nice place but charging a resort fee is ridiculous.

− Paid for “resort fees”???? Island retreat is NOT a resort. Charging $200 for these fees is the reason I will not be coming back.
