− Não havia ninguém pra nos receber. Tivemos que ligar para o SAC do Booking e esperamos muito pra ser atendidos. Casa com baratas mortas e vivas Roupa de cama com aspecto de suja Ambiente sujo, especialmente banheiro Choveu e alagou a casa toda

1.0− Muito chateada fiz a reserva , quando chegou no dia ele entrou em contato pelo whats dizendo que teria que cancelar a reserva por erro no calendário, que a acomodação já estava ocupada . Estou tentando receber meu reembolso e até agora nada .
