− Kommunikation beim einchecken mit dem Vermieter, defekter Kühlschrank, der in verschiedenen Rezensionen, bei Booking.com und Airbnb, seid Oktober beanstandet wird und vom Vermieter nicht Instand gesetzt wird. Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für zwei Personen und 5 Nächten, Schiebeelement lässt sich eine Seite nur schwer öffnen andere Seite ging gar nicht zum Öffnen, defekte Terrassenbeleuchtung, alles wurde am Anreisetag schriftlich beanstandet, aber von Vermieter wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Terrassenmöbel besteht aus Holzbänken ohne Rückenlehne. Terrasse sehr ungepflegt, sehr einfache Ausstattung der Küche.

1.0The room was across the hall from the pool and fitness room entrance, which was convenient, and there was a laundry facility available for use. The complex is a short walk to Coronado beach.
− The room is misrepresented on booking.com as a one bedroom apartment. This is a room with two beds and no other furnishings and is not a one bedroom apartment as advertised. The room is also is complete disrepair with exposed electrical sockets, which could be considered a fire hazard. As the room is misrepresented as a one bedroom apartment, we had requested a refund and were advised; no refund.
