− This place was satisfactory based on the price. It's not perfect, but you get what you pay for.

7.0Lokalizacja i stosunkowo niska cena to główne atuty miejsca noclegowego. Duży plus za pralkę , suszarkę oraz zmywarkę.
− Stosunkowo niska cena w porównaniu do konkurencyjnych ofert w pewnym stopniu usprawiedliwia średni standard miejsca noclegowego. Warto by było jednak rozważyć wymianę materaca do spania (bardzo miękki) , montaż zasłon w oknach (dla wielu ludzi jasna noc utrudnia sen), naprawę kabiny prysznicowej ( woda wydostaje się na podłogę)

− Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war etwas schmal.
All told, it satisfied our needs for a three night stay in Ålesund.
8.0I loved having a dedicated parking spot behind the apartment building. I also loved the heated bathroom floor. The kitchen and living room is a very nice space.
− There was no overhead light in the bedroom, just two wires coming out of the ceiling. The overhead light in the living room was not controlled by the wall switch and I never figured out how to turn it on. I have two comments on cleanliness: 1) The entry into the building, up the stairs and up to the front door to the apartment was pretty dirty. I realize this is a shared space but it was pretty bad. The apartment itself was clean ( a huge contrast to the space leading up to it) with the exception of the kitchen cabinet doors, which had a lot of fingerprints on them.

We enjoyed the location and extra space, but it can use some TLC.
7.0The host allowed us to check in early, which was very helpful and appreciated. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and in a good location.
− The apartment is simple and basic. That's fine, but we felt it could use some sprucing up and extra touches. It seems a little "tired."
