9.0− An excellent flat. Our only niggle was the fact that there is only one set of keys for a property that sleeps up to 4 persons. Yes there is a key safe but around the back, under the property in the car port: not convenient !

8.0The flat is lovely nice views wine and biscuits nice touch.
− Bed was small matress very soft in main room shower was very poor slow presure. Needs a good service as it makes a noise when closing the screen Kitchen cold tap again very slow even to fill a kettle. Please if you have any mobility issues this is not for you as its a big hill to climb and 2 flights of stairs 4 trips to the car parking tight space.

8.0The apartment was very clean and well equipped. the views over ballard Down from the lounge window was spectacular.
− The apartment could do with a little tlc, the toilet seat was loose and the water pressure in the shower is very low, perhaps investing in a power shower would be worthwhile. The slope up to the flat is very steep !

7.0It was a lovely apartment, really comfortable and clean. Everything you needed was there. Fantastic view. We had problems with the toilet, but this was resolved over two days. Apart from that, really lovely
− Slope up from carpark and two flights of stairs. Advertised as 1st floor but should be advertised as top floor. Which is okay if you haven't got bad mobility
