Very Spacious

− Lack of car park space right outside the apartment. However there are plenty in that vicinity as mentioned by host. It would be great if the host provide these location in advance as it would help people travelling to Whitehaven for the first time

The Property was in a good for families, close to shops and amenities. It’s was fairly clean

− The Property management is extremely Poor, the management Neglect issues, they make things look pretty on the outside and brush everything under the rug. The location was very close to pubs or something, you can hear loud noises and music till 3am, which was extremely disturbing. All 4 bedrooms had absolutely broken beds, with collapsed bed bases and broken or missing drawers and mattress were stained with urine and smelled awful, their was no comfort to those mattresses we’re completely gone!! They were only springs covered with a clean bedding. We was out all day and just came back for sleep and sadly we was just tossing and turning all night on those springy mattress’ and broken bed bases. I contacted the host and they actually said they’ve never ever had a complaint which is extremely hard to believe looking at those beds. However she just offered mattress toppers which made no difference and stopped responding when asked for a refund. We paid for sleep as we were out all day and even that we never got, My Mum is 74 and disabled, she used to cry in agony from the night as those beds had made her paid a lot worse to manage. Once they get your money in their pockets, they are no longer interested in your concerns and how you maybe feeling because of their neglect. I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone looking for decent sleep. Neither will i stay there again!!
