9.0Вид красивый. До пляжа относительно недалеко. Квартира со всеми удобствами, просторно, комфортно. Все чисто, всё новое, кроме скрипучей двери в туалет :-) Персонал приятный. Большой магазин около пляжа.

10.0Мы с семьей жили в этих апартаментах 6 дней. Всё было отлично. Мы выбрали эти апартаменты по отзывам и не ошиблись. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного жилья. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Спасибо Али и другим служащим. Расстояние до моря недалеко, есть городской пляж, ухоженный. Только на обратном пути очень крутой подъем.

How did it get such a high rating on booking and Google maps?
8.0Staff was very helpful (luggage, parking,...). We were offered to check in early when they heard we arrive in Bodrum early. You find everything you need in the apartment and in the kitchen. Parking right in front of the building.
− The place is old, cheaply furnished and poorly maintained. The mosquito net on the balcony is torn, power outlets fall out of the wall, ... Only three chairs for the table inside for a 4 person apartment. No mosquito net in the bathroom, but mosquitoes instead. All doors have a different height, one is only 1.8 m high. In my opinion and having seen several different apartments in Turkey now, absolutely overpriced. The road to the apartment can be extremely steep if you follow Google. Gavur Ali Sk seemed okay. You might want to ask the staff for the best way to get there.
