Overall great location, whole apartment needs a good clean and a complete review of there maintenance program. Wouldn’t

− No fly screens on all windows, these windows couldn’t be open due bugs entering the apartment. No means of cooling a top floor apartment, one small floor fan for a 4 bedroom apartment unable to open all windows to get some sort of airflow on 37 degree days. (Not all seasons accommodated for) Apartment had maintenance issues from a leaking toilet, broken kitchen cupboard door, front door lock was loose making it hard to open. There was insufficient folks (7 for a 10 person facility), one of the supplied parking locations was occupied with a random car for the entire stay. All the pans and pots had to be washed before using due to them not being cleaned properly. The starter pack in the kitchen only had a sponge no dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tablets supplied for an appointment with no dishwasher. Leather lounge was filthy, not been wiped down for unknown amount of time. Kitchen floor grout was filthy, shower curtains were dirty at the base.
