Gostei muito do apartamento e do condomínio, lugar muito agradável e aconchegante. No entanto, o que mais marcou foi a receptividade dos funcionários do condomínio.

− Eu preferia uma portaria presencial, ao invés da remota, mas tem que ver a questão dos custos.

A localização é ótima. Porém o anúncio não deveria existir. Até que o proprietário tenha condições de receber. Pois tinha mofo, vazamento,rato, muita sujeira. Eu pago e o reembolso é 12 dias depois. Eu fiquei pq eu não tinha mais dinheiro pra pagar outra hospedagem. Pq eu já havia PAGO E só fui saber dos problemas DEPOIS! eu perderia 360 $ para receber 1 semana depois. Eu não tinha condições de ir para outra hospedagem de 450$ que era o mínimo q existia na cidade. Enfim . De todas as FORMAS DE FERREI. Este anúncio não devia EXISTIR. em respeito ao HÓSPEDE.
