I liked staying at this house although not near any swimming beaches

− Place was not properly cleaned, was thick dust under the beds and sand under and all in the couches. Windows were not cleaned properly had marks all over them beds were uncomfortable pillows were terrible clips were broken on the spa and it had a terrible smell to it.. Gardens were unkept rubbish all down the side of the house and in the garage. Was advertised as a award winning house but was far from it.

Lovely place but probably would not go back due to the lack of fans and air conditioning in bedroom areas
7.0The upstairs was modern and very functional. The hot tub and big veranda being under cover was excellent
− It was advertised as having air conditioning and only the tv room upstairs had an a/c unit. The downstairs bedrooms had no fans and no a/c which made it very stuffy. The gardener arrived and sprayed the backyard which we were unaware. Luckily we arrived back at the property just as the Gardner was leaving and he told us it was not safe for the dog to be outside for a certain amount of time, luckily we saw the gardener otherwise we would have let the dog out.

− the dirty film over the floor and bench surfaces, the door that didn’t lock, the curtain in main bedroom that wouldn’t close, the smoke coming in through gaps in upstairs formal entrance doorway and the LED kitchen strip lights that wouldn’t turn off for darkness in bedroom upstairs
I highly recommend a Holiday in The Point
10.0The Booking Service and access to the property was easy and effortless. Beach is very close to house. All the required shops are 2 minutes from the house. Property has all the requirements and they start you of with the basic needs of soap, toilet paper, washing powder for clothes and dishes, sponges, garbage bags, sheets and towels. Prompt service if there were any queries.
− The downstairs beds could be a little more comfy as the mattresses are quite firm but over all the property was fabulous.
