10.0Staying here was a fantastic experience. The property is in a great location, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It completely exceeded our expectations! Our host, Salvatore, was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. His warm hospitality made our trip even more special. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely love to come back!

5.0The location of the property is well situated within Rome.
− The property itself is very dated. The sheets had holes in them and felt generally unclean. The property is a very strange layout. Decoration was not as advised in the pictures online.

9.0The apartment is 2 min from Spanish steps. Excellent location for exploring main attractions on foot. The bed was comfortable. Nice cafe right in front. Did have shampoo and shower gel available. I did not use the kitchen utensils since we stayed only two nights so cannot comment on that. Very good communication with the owner. He also arranged a shuttle service for us, which was super convenient.
− There are 3 air conditioners in 3 rooms but only one in the bedroom was working properly. Did report that to the owner but the response was they will take a look after we are gone. So, not sure if that is fixed. As others have said already, the apartment has a bit of a strange layout. If you cook you would have to go to the other side, pass the bedroom and a 'living room' to get to the table to eat.
