− The apartment is in the very back of property, you have an uphill ride with 8 sets of speed bumps. A ‘waterfront view’ is more of a lagoon, but you look over the 405 highway. The highway sounds are loud, obnoxious, you can’t use the balcony. The outdoor grill is not in working order or clean. The furniture is uncomfortable. Little tables and desks are unnecessary. Fake plants. Bedrooms are also on Hwy side, loud at night. The sheets are thin poly and a lot to be desired. Poly runs hot, no cotton here. The towels were scratchy. The bathrooms are cold, the toilets low, the fixture in one shower doesn’t work correctly, the tubs are sunk lower into floor and so is the shower spray so if you are over 5’7” it’s ridiculous.
