8.0Le fait de pouvoir faire la cuisine d'avoir une pièce séparée de la chambre pour les enfants une salle de bain assez grande et propre, la localisation prix d'un quartier bien vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants et des pubs
− De la cuisine il manquait quelques ustensiles et c'était limité au couverts assiette bol et cetera. La hotte ne fonctionnait pas

Small fully equipped flat with great location.
9.0It is a fully equipped small flat with everything you might need (shops, transportation, food…) few steps from it. It is on a pub, so if you come to have some beers, you dont need to go anywhere. Also the location within London is ideal if you need to be close to Liverpool Street (for Stansted connection).
− The furniture is getting old and not being mantained (some drawers dont close etc). The space in the flat is ideal for 2 people, 3 people is maximum for comfort, 4 people means you will be always hugging someone while moving around.
