3.0Very friendly staff at the receptionist desk. Well prepared with our booking. Even took the initiative to give us a list if activities to enjoy.
− None from collection of keys. New to the areas, we used Google Maps to direct us. Incorrect building listed on the net. Had to walk all around to every door to look for number 10. {Suggestion management to put a list of the unit that are situated on which floor.} Beds are very uncomfortable, you can feel only springs, could not get a night's sleep. {Suggestion, please replace the beds} Iron and kitchen appliances cause the main switch to trip. {Suggestion, management to check electrical or appliances} Booking shows beachfront which we understood was on the beach not a road and travel by car to the beach, across from us was a road and bush.
