7.0Die Lage von der Wohnung war super. Man musste nur über die Strasse und schon hat man sein eignene Privaten Seezugang.
− Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn irgendwo gestanden wäre, dass direkt hinter dem Schlafzimmer die Gleise durchgehen und dort die ganze Nacht Güterzüge verkehren und es im Sommer entsprechend bei offenen Fenster sehr laut ist.
Waren überrascht über diese gute Unterkunft trotz vieler Stufen
9.0Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Wir waren überrascht über ein schönes , geräumiges Appartement. Alles war vorhanden was man braucht.
− Wohnung im 2. Stock und über viele Treppen zu erreichen. Für uns ältere schwierig alle die Treppen rauf und runter zu schleppen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter.

6.0Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (ein gutes Küchenmesser fehlt)
− Es ist sehr ringhörig, nebst der Strasse, dem Zug, hört man die Hausbewohner sehr gut (zBsp. Husten) Das Treppenhaus hallt extrem. Also nichts für Lärmentfindliche! Es hat verschiedene kleine Mängel: lose Steckdose, diverse Lampen gehen nicht (beim Spiegel im Bad, Dampfabzug, Kühlschrank) usw.
