10.0The place was big and spacious. It has 5 beds, more than enough for me and a friend of mine. It has a kitchen if you want to cook, and the best part was that it had a washer machine to clean our clothes. We traveled for a week before arriving here so being able to wash our clothes was great. Also the place is very close to the train which really helped us out when we went to Rome City center. Keep in mind this is about an hour from the center of Rome but a quick train ride will get you wherever you want to go. We chose this place because it was closer to the beach.

10.0Property is as described with no surprises. We were kindly welcomed and felt comfortable. Great location with a 25 minute walk to the beach and a main plaza of restaurants and bars.
