Excellent quiet location spacious accommodation

Location was very good right where we wanted to be and access was great. Plenty of very private parking. Quiet and peaceful with large lounge and bathroom setup for wheel chair access throughout if your a disabled client. All we needed was there except, the wifi was weak.

Good location, spacious property.

− Property was not clean on arrival, had to spend almost 2 hours cleaning on the first day. Washing machine broke when we first used it, trapping clothes inside (a fault with draining), note later found to say the machine was broken and had been reported by a previous guest, almost 2 months earlier-same issue showing. Took from Tuesday until Thursday to get someone out to open the machine to free our clothes, and we had to use the local launderette for any washing requirements for the remainder of the stay.

Views! Easily Accessible. Suited our visit with elderly parents perfectly. Parking. Peaceful. Great location for day excursions.

− We couldn't get the hang of the shower! Pulled cord. Pressed on button, small spurt of cold. Then it cut out immediately. Tried it a few times. Stephen mended toilet seat which was a bit unstable. We could have lost an old person over the edge!

Nearly ready to aid someone with disability, but not quite and needs some TLC.

- The view from the front was lovely for sunrises and sunsets over to the sea. - The larger adjustable bed in the main room was really comfortable and great for my husband. - The two extra rooms were good too for our family arrangement. - There were towels provided which was really helpful, and there was a washing machine and washing pods. - Well stocked kitchen including a pint of milk. - There were all the utensils and crockery we could require. - Ice cubes were already frozen in the freezer. - It was clean.

− - Our first impression was tainted sadly as the cleaning products used meant that the house smelt like a hospital when we arrived which was really unwelcoming. Did not smell like a family holiday home. - The chair that is meant to be a mobility/disability support in the living room, did not help at all as there were no brakes and the foot rest was right in the way of anyone trying to sit on it. This made the stay significantly less comfortable than planned for my husband who has MND - as he couldn’t use it - actually it was dangerous! - The bathroom door did not stay on the rail well at all - very flimsy, and was very difficult to lock which impacted any sense of privacy. - Despite having a variety of physical aids at the property, the toilet was low and only had a handle on one side. Again this impacted on someone with mobility issues. A simple frame would rectify this. - Although the info saying there was a regular gardener & the pictures showing a maintained space, the gardens were very overgrown and therefore not a nice space in which to sit/use. This was disappointing given the weather we had whilst there. - The second back door from the dinning area to the garden didn’t open.

Zuverlässigkeit der Vermittlungsagentur, tolle Lage. Vom Wohnzimmer Blick auf die Irische See. Strand mit etwas Ausdauer fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

− Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, aber einige Renovierungen nötig. Wunderschöner Garten - leider sehr verkrautet.
