− The apartment host did not reply to any messages. The apartment is not where it shows on the map, in fakt we still don't know where it was because the host never told us. We were really lucky we were able to find a not expensive hotel on the spot. The host only replied when I cancelled the room and the answer was " sure"... Don't book this apartment

− Как только проехали границу решили забронировать отель для ночлега семьи двух взрослых и двух детей.Бронь нам подтвердили. Было уже темно, ночь. Звоним в отдель, находясь в Гудаури, чтобы узнать точный адрес, так как по локации в букинге приезжаешь в абсолютно другое место. На наши сообщения владелец не отвечал. На звонки также. Мы кружили в поиске отеля очень долго от одной улицы к другой и все это в темноте, уставшие после дороги и границы. Мы настырно стали звонить и тут нам ответили, но только по-грузински одно слово и сразу сбросили! В сообщениях тоже одно слово на английском. В поисках адреса мы наткнулись на другую гостиницу где девушка (владелица) просто нас безумно выручила и нашла другой номер. Также она позвонила данному владельцу и на грузинском выяснила в чем дело. Оказалось, что у него все номера заняты и вообще нет мест, гостиница полная. При этом он не давал нам отменить бронь без штрафа через приложение ! Не отвечал и намеренно игнорировал! Никому не советую бронировать здесь ночлег, так как вас могут оставить на улице!

− Maybe the location, if you are not driving and taking bus. The location from the bus station to hotel is near but steep. Its only that, but the view is magnificient
