8.0Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung war optimal für uns. Zentral in der Altstadt und mit wenigen Schritten zur Seepromenade. Restaurants vielfältig vorhanden.
− In der Küche fehlten einige für uns maßgebliche Ausstattungen, wie tiefe Teller für Suppe oder Pasta, Eierbecher etc. Da könnte aufgefüllt und ergänzt werden.

Mitten in der Altstadt Überlingen
9.0Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Dort auch jede Menge Infomaterial für den Aufenthalt. Super Fernseher, auch mit Netflix. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker gegenüber) sind praktisch. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür bzw. im 5Min.-Bereich und zum Fähranleger.
− Mit dem Türcode für die Wohnung hatten wir manchmal Probleme, aber es gab ja den Schlüssel. Die Anzahl Gläser war für 3 Personen nicht vollständig und sollte aufgefüllt werden. Der Teppich liegt an einer Stelle nicht platt und ist eine Stolperfalle. Toilette und Badezimmer sind nicht getrennt, was bei einer Belegung mit 4-6 Personen etwas un-kommod sein kann. Schade, dass der nette Balkon Richtung Innenhof momentan auf eine Baustelle zeigt.

9.0Die Lage und Ausstattung sind top. Modernes Bad und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, somit sehr ruhig mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon.
