6.0− Nous avions hésité entre 3 locations ,nous avions choisi cet appartement pour des équipements et services indiqués mais nous avons découvert à notre arrivée qu'ils étaient manquants ou inutilisables : -pas de transats sur le balcon comme indiqué, -2 salles de bains et non 3 comme indiqué -le barbecue était absent le vendredi à notre arrivée, nous avons du le réclamer à la propriétaire et avons du attendre le lundi suivant pour en avoir un autre en remplacement -la piscine intérieure était fermée ainsi que le sauna Nous aurions annulé notre réservation si nous en avions été informés avant notre arrivée Au final même si l'appartement est agréable nous avons regretté notre choix

10.0Dear Adriana, We are so grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by yourself during our stay. The view of the ocean and access to beach in walking distance is fantastic!. They only downfall is there is no crossing from the main road that an be tricky so take caution at the round about. We had car which made it accessible to travel to other small towns and beaches in the area however I believe the (Playa de la Duquesa) beach in walking distance is truly the best. It has crystal clear water. We saw dolphins swim by some mornings. There is also a cafe just above the beach ( Chiringuito Malinga Beach) that serve homemade menu that is great after a swim in the ocean with exceptional view of the sea. You can also walk/paddle board south along the beach to (Playa de la Chulerra) where you can also enjoy clear waters and another cafe. The location is a great alternative for families or couples that dont want to stay in the town centres near by. You must have a car as there isn't any close stores or restaurants to eat bedsides the cafes on the beach. Gym and 2 pools are great and easily accessible, your car is safely parked with access to the apartment by lift. We loved that our small 15 year old could stay cool in the air conditioned apartment while we head out for some hours. Highly recommend the apartment with all the facilities needed and stunning sunrise /sunsets each day !
− The apartment is on a hill which maybe be a little tricky for elderly. Your need car/public transport to access supermarkets and the closest town No vistors parking
