We liked everything about the property, the layout of the villa, the facilities, the space and the exceptional view. The property is directly in the promenade to and from Marina Rubicon, but it is very quiet both during the day and at night. a lot of people wondering passed stopped to look at the villa, and some even asked questions, with a lot taking photo's of the contact sign on the gate. The electric BBQ was perfect and very easy to use. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, one being a Hiperdino and the other the Overseas shop, which sells items from Waitrose, Morrisons and Iceland. Perfect position in every way.

− There was nothing we didn't like. One suggestion we'd make is although there is a washing machine and we did wash towels and clothes through it would be a nice touch for a visit from someone with clean bedding, the last thing you want to do is struggle with the duvet cover when you're on holiday. Just an idea.

Fantastic location with superb views. House had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

− Only one little thing: we could not leave the luggage after the checkout, but the landlord offered help with suppliers to deal with luggage storage opportunities.

This is a spacious, beautifully clean, well equipped villa. Hosts were very accommodating, enabling both early check in and late check out for us which was hugely appreciated, and a bottle of cava and fresh fruit on arrival was a treat. The views, particularly from the upstairs terrace, are spectacular.

− There is a popular promenade between the villa and the sea, which we were aware of having visited the area before. The issue for us however was the sign on the villa’s gate, containing a QR code for its website, that an awful lot of people were keen to scan as they passed, often stopping to stare up at the property. Several also made their way up the short path to look over the gate, which when you are lying on a sunlounger in a private garden, feels very intrusive. We made the hosts aware, and they put up a No Entry sign at the end of the path, which reduced the footfall however ultimately we didn’t use the downstairs outside area for sunbathing due to the lack of privacy.

We loved everything about this place, but the view - the view to vast ocean, Lobos and Fuerteventura, is worth every single euro and more. 😁😎 The house is modernly equipted, thoroughly thought of, with everything you could wish for on holidays. The area is very nice - located on a quite promenade, just a short walk away from Marina del Rubicon and a nice walk to the most beautiful beaches of Papagayo. The owners, Markus and Peggy are very very king, everything went completely smooth.
