− Voor ontbijt moesten wij 1 km rijden. Er was een keuken zonder koelkast.

Wenn von vornherein die beiden Adressen/Standorte bewusst angegeben worden wären, wäre die Bewertung gut gewesen
6.0Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber.
− Das Zimmer war an einem anderen Standort (2,5 Kilometer entfernt) vom Restaurant, wo der Check-in und das Frühstück stattgefunden haben. Diese Information lagen vorher nicht vor! Das Hotelzimmer bzw. der Parkplatz waren nicht so leicht auffindbar. Das Personal konnte schlechte Englisch und uns daher wenig weiterhelfen. Wir hatten zB mit einem Mitarbeiter besprochen, dass wir ein Lunchpaket erhalten würden, welches uns an den anderen Standort des Zimmers gebracht werden sollte. Aufgrund der Sprachbarriere haben wir das Paket nicht wie vereinbart erhalten.
