Nice property
8.0Quiet, comfortable, warm, well equipped, clean, well proportioned, excellent location for Winchester, simple check in with lock box, easy and responsive customer service. We were 3 work colleagues attending a training event, house worked well for us.
− Parking was tricky Not the fault of hosts, however, be aware the end house is undergoing a full renovation (it’s boarded up) and builders were kango hammering flooring inside, cutting metal with angle grinders in the garden from 8am, also builders vehicles in an already challenging cul de sac area. The noise was unbearable & we left early morning to work elsewhere on our prep work for our late start that we had planned after late night travelling.

8.0Nice place to stay. Handy for town centre with parking .
− It's not easy to find. Would benefit from clearer directions, NOT just the road and number. Work is going on next door, but obviously, it's not the owners fault. Only disturbed us on the morning we were leaving. Clear instructions on heating. We arrived in the early evening. Couldn't see the keysafe without phone torch. Outside light left on would have helped and to find the number on the door.

9.0Centrally located, great communication with hosts. Easy entry and clear house rules. The beds were comfortable and having a king bed is an exceptional treat. Kitchen was well equipped and living area was great for hanging out at the end of our day of sightseeing. Close to grocery shopping and places to eat.
− Furniture was a bit worn downstairs, but that was a small thing.
