10.0A localização foi excelente para nossos passeios, sendo fácil de sair e voltar sem trânsito pesado. Condomínio com excelente infraestrutura, academia, piscina, mercadinho, area de lazer e churrasqueira. Tudo sem sair do prédio.

10.0O Flet é bem localizado. Possui uma linda decoração. E é bem aconchegante. E a piscina é a cereja do bolo. O anfitrião foi bem solícito, respondeu as dúvidas com rapidez e foi flexível quanto ao cheking.
