I liked everything and honestly had a great time! The place was clean, tidy, and looked just like the photos, which is always a relief. Both bedrooms were comfy with enough space to unpack and feel settled, not cramped. The living area was nice and cosy, perfect for just chilling out after a long day. The kitchen had everything we needed, so it was easy to cook instead of eating out all the time. There were also a few thoughtful extras like toiletries and some basics, which was a nice touch. Location-wise, it was really convenient! Close to shops, places to eat, and transport, so getting around was super easy. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for somewhere comfortable and easy😁

Absolutely nothing

− The smell through out the building and the apartment as soon as you walk into the building u are met with a musty smell and it continues up the stairs when u walk into the apartment the smell is stronger we thought it maybe due to no one being in the apartment for a while so we opened windows and when we came.back we closed them put heating on but no the smell of damp in the living room was catching our chest we went to bed we gave it another day as it was Easter sat we left windows open went out came back that night same situation my daughter went to stay with family sun morning I messaged the women who owns the place never replied until Easter Tues saying they didn't have other accommodation and they could bring air fresheners I said no air fresheners no good my husband has COPD we had bought a tin and sprayed then left but plug ins we couldn't have it made no difference I tried ringing the women who owned the apartment but was ignored by the Thurs we noticed our clothes were starting to smell that musty damp smell and thought I need to do something I've spent £900 odd for this apartment and it's not worth it we are now starting to smell so I googled and it advised to contact booking .com they were really understanding of the predicament we were in they contacted the owner I got a mess stating that I won't get a refund and then basically calling me a liar I invited for someone to come and smell the place but that was declined I have screen shots of the conversation they then wanted proof there was mold without mold there is no damp they clearly didn't do their homework before that statement because u can have damp smell without visible mold I would urge others not to stay in this apartment because there is issues and they know.it but deny all Also the shower if u want to spend 15mins trying to get the suds out of your hair slowest shower I've ever had
