− Dopo la prima sera abbiamo trovato una blatta all’interno dell’appartamento e abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario. In quel momento è stato molto disponibile ed educato: ci ha riferito che disponeva del certificato di disinfestazione e ha fatto intervenire una persona per chiudere un possibile punto di accesso, rassicurandoci che avrebbe risolto il problema. Nonostante questo, nei giorni successivi abbiamo continuato a trovare altre blatte all’interno dell’appartamento, per un totale di dieci durante il soggiorno. Questo ha inevitabilmente compromesso la serenità della nostra vacanza e ci ha fatto sentire a disagio nell’utilizzare gli ambienti della casa. La cosa che ci ha deluso maggiormente è stato il cambio di atteggiamento del proprietario. Dopo essersi inizialmente dimostrato comprensivo e disponibile, quando il problema si è ripresentato ha iniziato ad attribuirne la responsabilità a noi, sostenendo che gli insetti fossero entrati perché avevamo lasciato la porta aperta, o dall’interno delle nostre valigie. È una spiegazione che non ci ha convinto, anche perché, dopo la prima segnalazione, abbiamo prestato particolare attenzione a tenere porte e finestre chiuse e il problema si è comunque ripresentato. È un vero peccato, perché l’appartamento è ben arredato e ben posizionato, avrebbe un grande potenziale. Tuttavia, la presenza ripetuta di blatte all’interno dell’alloggio e la gestione finale della situazione hanno inciso negativamente sulla nostra esperienza.
