Cheated and Harassed – Avoid This Property
1.0− I had a terrible experience with this property. I had booked my stay well in advance and even paid in full, but when I arrived, I was shockingly denied check-in because they had already given my room to someone else. I was kept waiting for almost 4 hours, and every time I asked, they just told me to “wait 30 minutes.” In the end, they only offered me an alternative at double the cost, and even then, it came with a lot of unnecessary fuss and hassle. To make matters worse, after we left and reached the alternate property, I tried calling the property owner for coordination—but she stopped picking up my calls completely. This is highly unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and shows a total lack of responsibility or respect for customers’ time and money. I would strongly advise against booking this property if you want a reliable and stress-free stay.
