− Smell, not clean, no response to text from owner! There was an awful cooking smell that permeated the whole ground floor. The furniture had dried food and stains. The dining table and chairs were in bad condition. The beds had dips in the mattresses and the quilts were very thin. We hung a t shirt on the unit and it collapsed in pieces. We used the upstairs bathroom once and went out, on our return the carpet outside the bathroom was sopping wet. We tried to contact the owner on the number provided, no answer, left a message, we are still waiting for a response!

− Upstairs bathroom has a funky smell to it but close the door and you’ll be fine. The pros outweigh the cons here.

− The double bed was quite low so could be a difficult for someone less mobile.

− The mattress in the double bed needs changing and was really uncomfortable sleeping on it. The toilet seat in lower floor needs replacing as it keeps falling down.
