− El personal no estaba dispuesto a ayudarnos, le pedimos ayuda por las almohadas y no nos prestaron atención. Escribí también para preguntar por el checkout y nunca obtuve respuesta. Nunca nos limpiaron la habitación. Las almohadas eran muy altas y duras. El colchón de un lado era extremadamente blando, te hundías. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.
