8.0Location is great! beautiful big lot. Very Private! Leisure amenities were great with the game room and the outdoor spa and firepit. The building is being renovated and should be amazing once finished.
− No keys were given because the front door could not be locked. The property was unlocked. The bathroom door does not stay closed. We used a log to keep it closed. A bit of a nuisance but manageable. Important to note that the property is at the bottom of a steep hill (> 15%). Is a challenge to get up or down in winter. It took us 3 tries with our front-wheel drive van, but we didn't have any problems with our Rav4.
